6. Pickup/Delivery - Standard from 8:00am - 6:00pm, unless agreed differently by customer.
COMMUNICATION:
1. Within 24 hrs - Contact pickup and delivery locations to confirm booking
2. Within 24-48 hrs - Contact delivery location prior to appointment to provide arrival notice
3. Customers may be contacted between 7:30am-8:30pm based on the time zone.
4. Contact [email protected] with questions, updates or issues concerning the shipment.
5. If you can no longer complete a shipment, initiate the cancellation in uShip right away and confirm with [email protected]
