Pick up and delivery **by appointment only** between 9-5, delivery only weekdays during business hours. Weekends are a possibility if it works for the client. Communication and punctuality are very important. We expect good coordination for pickup and drop off via text. We need a minimum of 1 day notice, as well as a 2-hour notice on the day of.
No crating offered. Glass can be transported blanket wrapped and hanging over a table so it safe if things shift. The ball is heavy and will need a box, it is easiest to move it in a fabric sling with two people.
