The weight of ALL items is an rough estimate but the dimensions are exacts.
The picture on left is the walnut armoire. The one on the right is the teak dining room table with 5 chairs ( these ARE stackable by 2 at a time) and behind the table is the side board WITH hutch. And I believe it can be dismantled. You will have to pick up the teak table and sideboard hutch from a second floor townhouse but the walnut armoire is on the first floor. Once in Kentucky, the furniture can be moved up 6 steps ( a split level)
