The top half of piece with glass doors is separate segment than bottom half with wooden doors. They should be separated by you for wrapping & packaging. The weight is approximation. Each segment may weigh approximately 250 lbs. Interior wooden shelves have to be individually removed & wrapped. We have wrapping blankets that can be used. Delivery location (red arrows) requires parking on street and carrying item up 100 ft driveway and 100 ft long front walkway with 11 half steps, then around back of house and into patio door with 2 steps for delivery. The pickup location has 2 steps (blue arrows) and allows for easy removal of the piece through large patio doors and then walking 100 ft up a walkway to the driveway where your truck should be waiting. You will need 2 strong men to lift the piece into the truck at the pickup location and deliver it at the drop off location. You also need to wrap it with heavy duty moving blankets as a first layer, then wrap the entire piece with heavy duty cardboard to protect the glass and the wood from chips and scratches, then as a third layer wrap the entire piece again with heavy duty moving blankets.
