-Pickup business hours are 10:30-4:30 M-F. This means items need to be loaded by 4:30.
-Pickup location and delivery location need 24 hours notice before arrival.
-Signed BOL and POD must be sent to to us for payment release. This means using the EBOL that uShip provides, or the paperwork we provide. Not gathering signatures or pictures may result in delay of payment release.
-All items must be blanket wrapped by carrier.
We apologies for the detailed instructions. We feel these instructions are standard, but typically not followed. A professional carrier likely already provides all of the above. We do not book with new carriers to the uShip platform. The lack of feedback makes it too risky. We ship 5-10 shipments a week and really enjoy working with repeat carriers.

The bed is in pieces - headboard, footboard, side-rails, slats. I have estimated their size as being flat-stacked together, along with a mirror. I've estimated 6" of padding/blanket wrap in that size as well.
I am guessing at the overall weight of the items. The 400# is the total of the bed + mirror, but of course individually would be less.
