PICK UP DATE MUST BE CONFIRMED per our agreement. The bicycle will be located at a local brewery business, hours are 1pm to 9Pm, closed on Tuesdays. I am open to drop off date to Los Angeles, BEFORE AUG 6. TY for considering this delivery.  

 

I'll need you to help place it inside the house in Pasadena. There are no stairs if you go in through Hill Ave. The front door is wide, so shouldn't be a problem. Through the back, it should also fit. Only 2-3 stairs in back.  

4 Leaded Glass doors on each bookcase make these FRAGILE. They need special protection in packaging and handling.  

PICKUP IS AT A WAREHOUSE WITH ASSISTANCE FROM WAREHOUSE TEAM DELIVERY IS TO A RESIDENCE, WITH UNLOAD BEING PROVIDED BY SHIPPER. UNLOAD IS TO FIRST DRY DOOR-FRONT DOOR/GARAGE/FRONT PORCH  

 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 1. Transported in a box, truck or enclosed trailer from pickup to delivery. 2. BOL (E-BOL Preferred) 3. PHOTOS - At Pickup & Delivery 4. In-Home pickup & room of choice delivery with debris removal a. Most items require 2 people to properly handle. Plan accordingly and bring help if needed. 5. Blanket wrap service and/or packing/crating (including all proper materials) 6. Pickup/Delivery - Standard from 8:00am - 6:00pm, unless agreed differently by customer. COMMUNICATION: 1. Within 24 hrs - Contact pickup and delivery locations to confirm booking 2. Within 24-48 hrs - Contact delivery location prior to appointment to provide arrival notice 3. Hi! This is my Dads desk. My step mom is moving out of her condo on Aug 4th and we need this out by Aug 3rd if possible. My brother in law will break it down into 3 parts and have it wrapped in moving blankets and bubble wrapped. My Dad made this desk so it’s very important to me. I’m not concerned about the time it will take to deliver just safety. Thanks in advance for the help!

Pick-up can only take place between 12 am - 8 am when workers are on site. Drop-off can happen anytime after 8 am. Pick up window opens on Aug 1st 12am -8 am. I'm waiting to find out how many days the window lasts. A COI needs be shown at pick-up.
