Very small studio apartment with only a small dining table, twin size, bed, dresser, small fireplace, small recliner, and other miscellaneous items. White couch shown will not be moving.  

 

Fragile, mirror was put in a box with styrofone and laid on top of the dresser, then wrapped in a blanket and plastic. Only the bottom feet are exposed for moving purposes. I guessed on the weight as I have no means to weight furniture. I provided a picture before it was packaged for shipment. We'll need to know delivery date & approximate time, to confirm someone will be there upon delivery. There is no rush or due by date. It just needs to get there safely.

Shipping from my apartment complex to my sister in Georgia. I am able to bring it down to the first floor if needed. There is an area in front of the apartment complex that would allow for loading a truck. Receiving location (sisters house) is a yellow guest house directly behind the main brick house seen on Google maps street view.  

 

Driveway pickup. First floor delivery into a house with a spacious driveway. Extreme care required, the dresser and mirror are collectible antiques.  

you can use front of house for delivery, there is easy street parking right out front for moving truck pr trailer to pull up  

 

Glass top and mirror will need to be packed  

Pickup - Easy pickup. Help is available for loading on to your vehicle. Recipient phone and email will be provided upon acceptance. Delivery - Note from the Recipient: This is a condo development so a call the day before the delivery , with a time window would be great so i can be there to accept the delivery . There is no office to accept deliveries or mail and i do not want this left outside.
