The machine would need a few screws undone to make it easier to transport. The bars come off with the use of a allen wrench, and the marquee on top of the cabinet should come off with a screwdriver. It doesn't need to be disassembled, but would definitely take up less space if it was.
I purchased the item through ebay and would need to coordinate a more specific time to meet the seller. I have arrangements to pick it up somewhere between May 16-18, but probably can be flexible on that, I'd just have to ok it with the seller first.

The arcade machine is not wrapped or on a pallet. I will be assisting in the moving and loading of everything. The only thing required is a ramp to push the machine up (it's on wheels) or at least a lift.
