Mover must provide certificate of insurance with $1 million liability and $1 million damage coverage. Move is out of a condominium building with an elevator, through the loading entrance with ramp. No stairs. Delivery is to the ground floor of a brownstone, with two steps down. Delivery must keep the refrigerator tilted upright at all times, not horizontal.  

Refrigerator and range on pallets, dishwasher will need crating. The range hood is new in box, one separate box the size of a textbook included with range hood.

Item will be transported from one elevator building to another elevator building. At the pickup location there is one wide flight of stairs to get to street level.
