seller will bring unit to ground floor for pickup on a dolly  

item is new and you can back up to garage door and get it loaded. This seller sells and loads a lot of these . The boiler needs to be covered if it travels in an open trailer in bad weather and will need to be carefully strapped to avoid damage.. it has some scratches and dings in cabinet and is sold as a scratch and dent item but new.. on the delivery end we can unload for you but needs to be in the 8 am to 4 pm when our business shop is open and we have strong backs and help at these hours.  

Steam iron and boiler. Pieces are separate and boiler may be laid on *BACK* only if well padded/protected.  

 

Note: Pick-up location is a residence but a tractor with front loader is available for loading, so I described it as a business with forklift. Destination is actually business with forklift.  

 

 

 

Boiler is in garage and ready to go.  

 

 

Boiler is on an open trailer I’m not sure how much it weighs but I know a person can’t pick it up I can barely slide it on my trailer it would probably have to be lifted with a forklift it’s very heavy I can make arrangements to be around just about anytime if you let me know Thanks  

 

 

the unit is 10 years old but is new and never fired up. its on a pallet and it located at the storage barn/garage where the owner stored his construction equipment from a contractor business he owned. He can load the unit with a forklift onto the trailer. The large round hopper is 60 inches to top of it, but it can be removed to make the unit much easier to load, its just a large funnel.  

 

 

 

Must be picked up during normal business hours M-F 8-3. There will be no help loading. They said they used a couple guys and pallet jacks to get it in there. They have a loading dock, no forklift

drive up to garage, load, drive to delivery site unload into garage. Can be moved any time.  

 

 

Enclosed truck with liftgate preferred. Item is sitting on pallet. We will help with loading at unloading using pallet jack at pickup and dropoff point.
