5 Bedroom House Moving Services

I have furniture store and need someone to contact me take a survey of the items to be transported. Most likely I will need a whole semi truck for this move.  

HELP Need to load today 8/25/2012  

 

We will load and unload truck ourselves. We just need the truck moved from Vegas to Florida. No supplies needed, other than ramp.  

Moving a 5+ bedroom house as well as 2 quads, 1 ford 445a skiploader, 1969 ford ranger camper special (1 ton), a 2001 ford ranger supercab, and a 2003 jeep wrangler. Got in home quote from a reputable company for approximately $7.5K for 3,485cft or about 24,395lbs not including an additional 1bd/ba apartment worth of stuff and the items listed above. Friendly family, looking forward to a smooth move. We also have the following: A plastic toy kitchen set Wicker outdoor furniture (with a 3 cushion couch, 2 seats with ottomans and a wicker table). 12 lightweight metal folding chairs Everything will be boxed and packaged and ready to go. The only thing we don't have is the blankets to wrap up some of our bigger items. If you can provide that - it would be helpful. We are looking at moving during the last 2 weeks in June, and are flexible a few days here or there. We are looking for honest movers who will not play games and add hidden costs before, during and after the move (been there done that and learned my lesson). Our house has an elevator which goes between the ground floor, main floor and 2nd floor (not the attic level). It is not a cargo elevator, but easily fits 3-4 people.

We just did this move less than a year ago, and a 24-26' truck will not be large enough. It took a 24' truck 2 trips. One full, and a second trip was about half full. Because this is a long distance move, we are only looking to do this in one trip (i.e. tractor trailer) however if the price is right, I would consider two trucks. The truck(s) must be fully enclosed. We will pack everything up in boxes with the exception of large items. We would be looking for someone to wrap the large items, and then load/unload everything. I can tell you that there are no major/heavy pieces of furniture. Just a lot of boxes (maybe 100+), beds, dressers, and bulky items like couches, fridge, tables, chairs, bikes, etc. Please email me if you have any questions. Thanks!

Pick up & drop off are at two different locations. Pick up location are both located in Broomfield, CO. Moving items from storage & condo. Drop off locations are Lilburn, GA 30047 & Lawrenceville, GA 30043.  

My move would have 4 stops. 1.) Pickup at 352 9th Street, Brooklyn, NY (two flights of stairs) 2.) Pickup at 183 Lorraine Street, Brooklyn, NY (drive up storage unit) 3.) Pickup at 160 John Street, Brooklyn, NY (basement storage unit with freight elevator) 4.) Drop off at 183 Madison Street, Brooklyn, NY (triplex so 1-3 flights of stairs depending on items) All stops are 1-2 miles from eachother.
