2 adults relocating from small house in Middleton, WI to Colorado Springs. Looking for quotes to move our small household. We are downsizing considerably so it is not quite what we would be moving locally, and less than you'd find in the average 2-br home.

Not much to move, just sending miscellaneous items. No items larger than a picture frame roughly 3'x2' besides boxes containing clothes, toys, and some breakables. Entire move can be easily held in one room.  

 

 

 

We have been getting quotes for this shipment and I am down to the final companies. I am looking at more like 6000-7000 pounds based on the size of the unit we are moving. I need to know a few more details as well. Unit Size 10'x30'x10'Ceilings. Load is packed tightly and goes to ceiling end to end. House hold goods. Nothing odd ball very standard home goods. Pick up location does not have any issues with access for 18 wheel tractor trailer. FYI Pick up Date is Feb 18 (Flexible based on the Delivery date) Address: [contact information removed] North Royalton, OH 44133 Delivery Feb 25th (Winter Springs FL 32708 TBD) Questions: When can it be picked up based on the Delivery date? Will there be any extra charges I need to be aware of? Does your rate include all Gas and tolls? When does payment for shipment need to be made? What does the insurance cover? .60 per pound so at 7000pounds that is 11,666 if the truck is lost or burns up I get a check for 11,666? (Please explain min and max. If I do not get insurance.) Will the shipment be co-loaded? Will shipment be reloaded to another truck or wi
