2 Bedroom Apartment Moving Services

 

 

Hello Looking for someone who could deliver in 1 day or 2 days time. this is mostly Accessories to stage a 2 bedroom model apartment so we will likely have 50 big boxes or so. ( bedding sets, throw pillows, decorative objects, drapery rods, towels, laundry hampers, etc) We have 3 mirrors and decorative trim corners we need picked up at a second location in the Design District in Dallas. ( 3) 5ftx8ft mirrors and 1 set of 6ftx6ft of wall trim ) We may have 1 piece of Art we need picked up at a 3rd location near by. ( *rolled in PVD 10ft long, maybe 12" thick* ) we will try to get it to our 1st location. We will have 1 coffee table unassembled in a box, 33"x61"x8" 4 big table lamps 30"x20" 1 small table lamp. 1 larger floor lamp 2 nightstands 36"x42" 14 pieces of art maybe 40x50 each We will need protective wrapping for the furniture pieces. we will box and wrap everything as much as we can.

If possible, are you able to wrap large items such as dressers and a glass top dining table? Also, are you able to de-mount and wrap 2 TV's? Thank you.

I had to relist this, because our moving date changed. Pickup has a freight elevator, but also a quarter of a flight of stairs in the lobby. No bed frames—just the mattresses (2queen,1twin,1futon). 1 very large wood-top folding table. 1 Large TV (65”?), and small portable tv stand. 1 bicycle. 1 guitar. 1 ladder. 1 normal vacuum. 1 large baby gate tied together with rope. 1 folding privacy screen (folds flat). 1 shopvac (in a box). There are about 30 plastic 4-drawer sterilites (14 1/2" x 12 5/8" x 31" each) that will be full and shrink wrapped, which I’m counting as 30 medium boxes in the inventory. 8 large moving totes (30"L x 16"W x 15"H), which I’m counting as 8 large boxes in the inventory. About 10 small book boxes. And probably about 10 additional boxes ranging in size from small to large. Some of the boxes will have live house plants in them and be labeled “fragile”. We are somewhat flexible in the move dates, but prefer no more than 3 days between pickup and dropoff because of the live house plants. Must be picked up no later than February 13, and dropped off no earlier than February 15.  

This is a 25,000 pixel light show with several props and controllers. Will need to be approx 16 ft box truck maybe 20  

 

 

I think it will take 3 people & a 26' truck. 4 or 7 stairs down to enter residence in S.D. & 5 exterior stairs up to enter the residence in Hollywood.Approx inventory: Dresser 3’ x 5’. Moving personal items into an already furnished condo in Florida. Just moving items from our michigan home to a storage shed in Florida.  

 

addition: One antique chest of drawers One 18x60 slab of marble with base. base is two pedestals. small to medium art, about 75 pieces. will be wrapped in bubble wrap or boxed. The pair of bookcases are each 52 wide x 8ft. tall The dining table is one round 72' glass with a light wood base The boxes are an assortment of book boxes (18), tubs, and china boxes.  

I have about 30 of these clear bags and about 20 boxes and some large packed pictures - need enclosed trailer  

 

MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF INSURANCE to landlords. Non box items include: 1 standup desk (disassembled), 1 office chair, 2 queen mattress, 1 couch, 1 rug  

1 55’ 1 65’ 1 75’ all in transport boxes 100% of items in 10x20 storage unit packaged some crated. Prefer to move before-Reginald end of January, 2023  

Contents of 10X20 storage unit from a 2 bedroom home. Please take time to look through photos, as the entirety of the 10X20 unit is completely full, top to bottom, end to end, to make sure your truck will be large enough to fit everything. Storage facility is equipped with covered loading dock for efficiency and timeliness of loading. Movers can be there on day of pick up to load truck if need be. Driver needed to transport the contents once loaded onto the truck. Previous size of truck used to move into storage unit was approximately 24ft, but only about 3/4 the way full. Once at drop off destination, movers will meet driver and unload truck. Final destination is remote, and truck will need to be parked off of a side road while movers unload and shuttle contents of truck about .5 mile up the road. The largest size truck that can drive up to the house and still turn around is apporx. the size of a UPS truck, otherwise we will unload on side of road and shuttle up to the house. Estimated time of loading contents at pick up: 1-2 hours Estimated time of unloading contents at drop off: 2-4 hours maximum
