We have a 9' x 10' storage unit that is on the 2nd floor and is accessible via a freight elevator. The storage unit is pretty full. The largest items are a king size tempurpedic mattress and a dining room table and chairs (the table legs are disassembled). Most of the items are packed and ready for shipment in large stackable black and yellow crates. The delivery location is a one-story single family home. Please let us know if you have any questions. Apartment on 4th floor with elevator access. Living room has sectional sofa, coffee table, tv and console. Dining room has 1 oval table (pedestal removes)with 6 chairs. 5 barstools in kitchen. Den has pullout sofa and a small chair. 2nd bedroom has queen bed, small dresser, small chair, tv and small night table. Master has queen bed, tv and bench (no nighttables or dresser). total of 5 rugs (approx. 10x14, 8x11, 7x8, 7x8, 7x8), small vacuum and ironing board plus a few boxes.
