Ramps for loading & unloading preferred... Although on the pick up end, we can get it entirely loaded without help or special equipment. On delivery end, ramps or tilt would be great, but we could arrange for a roll-off recovery truck to take the carriages and engine down one at a time.

The width is for the mirrors removed, which is not hard to do. If you do not want to remove the mirrors, the width is 144 inches (12 feet).
The unit is not operational, so you will have to find a way to load it onto your trailer. I would think a winch would be best. It's possible the military will have a bulldozer to help push it onto a trailer, but there is no assurance they will provide that assistance.
At delivery, we can assist in unloading with our heavy equipment.
