The books are on 12 pallets- 612 boxes or 10,276 books. The inventory will weigh roughly 11,000 pounds. It will be easiest If you bring something that’s large enough to accommodate full pallets. You can back up to a loading dock and the warehouse crew will load the truck with a forklift. Alternately, if you bring a truck with a lift gate, the warehouse crew can bring the pallets out into the parking lot, and you can use the lift gate to load them on the truck. The warehouse is open M-F 9am-2pm.

Will have access to freight elevator and loading dock on pickup as long as shipper schedules pickup time and provides certificate of insurance. Pickup must be between 9-5 weekdays. Will have people available to load as needed. Item is NOT in crate or pallet. Shipper must provide as needed. I will be available to assist on the receiving end at residence. No loading dock at drop off location. Driveway also steep, sometimes an issue depending on truck clearance. Copier should be in an enclosed truck or trailer. Delivery to walk-in basement through door on far side of house. Yard is fenced in, not able to drive on lawn to door. Very flexible on pickup and drop-off dates.

I don't have a Fork Lift. I don't have a pallet jack. I don't have a loading dock. It's just a regular old office. But, I have a few secretaries that can help you unload the trailer. I need the furniture actually placed into my office - and not just to the end of the truck bed or in the parking lot. A furniture dolly would really help because I'm not sure that my secretaries can lift and move 250 pound metal desks.
