Additional Ink cartridges. Printer must be secured upright. Unit does roll. Minimizing jarring, shaking and banging would be ideal.
Pallet was requested, but isn't possible. The item is located in an office storage room. People onsite said maintenance will assist with loading. Liftgate, loading ramp, enclosed trailer, etc will be required. Request blanket cover/straps/etc.
We've moved these in a box truck, secured with etrack/straps with no issue whatsoever. This is an easy shipment for the right carrier.

We do not have a dock, enclosed truck with liftgate or enclosed trailed with large smooth ramp a must. We can just set these items down onto sidewalk and roll into building.
The machine may not be disassembled yet. The finisher (left) and paper tray (right) both have a latch and simply rolls away from the main unit (center). You may need few tools to detach if there is a rail or slide keeping them together after unlatched.
I have had some equipment arrive damaged before. Careful loading and secure transport also a must.
