A COI is required naming receiver as additional insured. Pickup dock or ground level. Delivery is GROUND level ONLY!!! MUST follow these instructions below.... 1. BOL Submission: Sending the Bill of Lading (BOL) to uSHIP customer BEFORE the driver arrives. Without it, the forklift will not be loaded. MODEL and Serial Number MUST be on BOL. 2. Authorized BOL: The BOL must come from you (through email from uship customer to shipper), to prevent theft. 3. Carrier Name Match: Ensure the carrier's name on the BOL matches the name on the actual truck. The forklift will not be loaded otherwise. 4. 24-Hour Notice: Notify shipper and uship customer 24 hours before pick-up for smoother preparation. 5. Appointment required for delivery as it is a gated facility and a representative of receiving party must be there to open gate and sign delivery. *** ADDED NOTES 8/5/2024 - forklift is new, fully operable. Note, however, an LPG tank will be used to load the forklift and will then be removed. An LPG tank will be available at delivery site for offloading forklift at delivery. The forklift will be inoperable during transit as it will not have a fuel supply.

I can’t add any pictures (all are over 5mb) I have this farmall tractor and a 1990 ranger regular cab 7’ bed I’d like to send together. They both run and drive so I can drive them on a trailer but if they need to be lifted I will need help.  

TRANSMISSION does not work. Must be cabled on to trailer by transport company at pick up site. At destination site we can simply roll off. Label says height is 10 ft 1 inch but I never trust these - would say more. Of course should measure before transport for safety.Pick up will be night of 8/7 or morning of 8/8. Both items are located at the auction yard. Must be picked up no later than Tuesday August, 6th by 5:00pm. Auction employee “WILL” load ATV in trailer, hauler will need to secure and strap down. Can be hauled or towed. Trailer is in like new condition and is safe to pull.
