Both pickup and delivery location are farm type properties with ample space  

 

 

 

Unit was bought at auction. It is listed as a running, operational machine. Delivery location does not have a loading dock but we are willing to arrange for a rollback to unload if necessary. Please disclose this need either in your bid or in the questions. Item is ready for pickup, Mon-Fri 9a-4pm and saturdays 9a-12p. They are not open on Sunday or this Monday 9/7/15.  

 

Pickup and destination are both small farms. Access is good at both locations for trailers less than 20-30ft in length in order to turn around and exit. Destination is on a road with 8% grade. I would like to be present at the time of pickup to finalize the purchase with the current owner.
