Vehicle is in running condition. I do not have ramps, will need to be provided by carrier. Ready for pickup. Pickup is on a wide straight road, low traffic, room to pull over in front of residence. Drop off is at a commercial address in Troy NY, ideally during business hours. Loading dock at drop-off site, though I imagine it will be just unloaded on the side of the street out front. Friend will be at this address for pickup. If for some reason delivery has to fall outside of business hours we can make that work. Updated listing to 19000 to be conservative.
