Everything that you did not like about this transaction would have been avoided, had you done a bit more research with your drop location, that will show up 24 hours 7 days a week for a fee. Which I would have happily paid. Watch this shipper folks, he will tank your score over some pretty minor stuff. He buys things sight unseen, has you drop with a third party, then withholds payment till he does the import into Canada. There are 168 hours in a trucking companies week, not 40.

Happy with the quick efficient delivery.
Not happy with being asked to have the shipment dropped off at an alternate drop off location from what was agreed upon as the load arrived a day early. The receiver was not open on Sunday as was made clear in the offer as to the days and hours the storage yard was open and that it was not open on Sunday. An alternate location was arranged in the next nearest town.
Recommend that shipper stays with the original drop off locale per the U-ship contract.

Low marks is a bit unjust for impeccable honesty and diligence. I found another uhaul that was open 10 miles away. Storage had not already been booked. I paid for 1/3 of the rental and purchased insurance for his dirt bike. After sending pictures of everything and reporting a broken clutch lever, and offering to buy another not knowing if it was my doing, this shipper didnt release payment for two weeks. Pictures were taken at both ends and nothing but the $9 clutch lever was wrong with the bike
