2 Bedroom Apartment Moving Services

We are getting rid of all our furniture except for the Ikea sectional couch, Queen memory foam mattress, fold up platform bed frame, a small coffee table, records (which will be boxed) and two stackable patio chairs (similar to the pic of the cord chair here) so it will just be those and approx. 60 boxes as well as my motorcycle which is 500lbs. We are in a 10 storey condo building on the second floor with an elevator just down the hall from us. I have attached a picture to make sure you will be able to access/park.  

 

 

Mover need to load and unload all the items from the home Full list of all items Items are: 1. 15 storage box 2. 16 Suitcases 3. 1 large carpet 4. 1 iron table 5. 3 small shelves, 1 microwave table, one small plastic cabinet 6. 2 window AC and 1 portable AC, 2 Fans 7. 1 platform wood bed ( double size), 3 chest, 2 night table, Dresser, Mirror 8. 1 Mattress queen size and 1 split box spring 9. Sofa, love seat, futon sofa, Bean ba 10. TV (43 inch), 2 side tables, small microwave 11. Dinning table (small) with 5 chairs, 1 long lamp 13. body vibrator (small exercise machine ) and small electronic foot massager 14. 3 wall painting, small plastic plant, Laundry basket 15. 3 big cardboard, 2 medium cardboard boxes. 2 beddings 16. Playpen, kids toys (rocking horse, small toy train, small tricycle, small scooter, slide, Diaper Ginnie), stroller and may be few other small items .....  

 

 

 

 

All contents boxed and can fit in a 6x10 trailer. No large/heavy furniture.  

 

 

 

Delivery is to a house, no stirs. Loads are 10 big boxes and 18 small ones. 2 queen beds and 1 coffee table with few home item like microwave, hoover.  

Minimal stuff to move. Mainly tvs and clothes and some computers. And of course some kitchen stuff  

 

 

 

 

Looking to get our belongings picked up on March 31 first thing in the morning and delivered either April 1 or May 1. As such, we may need 1 month of storage. See photos for our big furniture items. We will also have a set of tires and approximately 60 boxes. We will need loading and unloading and our furniture wrapped with moving blankets so they can be transported more safely.  

 

 

 

 

 

This is a shipment for some household and home office equipment. The box sizes vary - most are smaller boxes roughly 15-20lbs. There are a few larger/heavier boxes, and three bike boxes (9x31x57). There is no furniture, no beds, etc. This should pack up very small. I've just completed a very rough estimate of the weight - approximated to about 650 lbs, in ~35 boxes. I've added pictures to illustrate the size, and I've done a very conservative volume estimation. The boxes are (this is on the high side) roughly 89 cubic feet, and the bikes (slightly high) are 29 cubic feet. Total of approx. 118 cubic feet.
