Building is 131" wide, 136"high, 286" long, weight 20,000 lbs approx. Also in shipment are two concrete pads 54" wide X 12" high X 12ft long weight each8000 lbs along with a 3step concrete stair. Require 20 ft spreader bar to load and off load. Shipment pickup Calgary destination Bell Mobility site Wigle Lake Manitoba (54.201372, -99.1726). Required on site first week in December. Require crane capacity of 40 ton or bigger.

It’s a welding sloop and a gas tank with some tool boxes and other miscellaneous things it’s not in m it’s in feet  

You need a trailer AND winch which can handle the size and 37 000 pounds like a Landoll. You will need to load the unit from the ground and deposit it back with your trailer and winch (no crane). The doors will need to be strapped to ensure they don't open during transport.
