Mast is approximately 30' long. Weight estimate includes trailer weight. Shipping from Southern Ontario (Toronto/Barrie) to calgary area.  

No cradle. Currently in the water. Can arrange to place on a cradle prior to pickup if that is desirable. Prefer water pickup/unloading, if possible.  

Boat on home built steel frame (4" sq. tubing) and attached to dual axle car hauler (3100 kg. GVW). Boat can be transported on frame (have extra commercial rated tie down strap - two already in place), but will need low bed to meet height restrictions (now 13' 4"). Can also be transported with sail boat trailer that handles fixed keel. Car hauler currently does not meet BC regs due to having only single axle brakes. Can arrange for crane truck to lift/move if shipping transport vehicle does not have.

Trailer not roadworthy, needs to be floated  

The trailer is not road worthy so I need the boat and trailer transported on a truck from Niagara on the lake to Innisfil (to my local marina).  

 

 

The length of the boat / trailer is 9.8m, but the mast is 12.5m, and will be on top of boat, so it will overhang at each end by c 1.4m. The trailer is new and has a 2” tow ball, and is Canadian legal. The height of boat and trailer is 9 feet, but with the mast on top it will probably be c 3.3m or 3.4m, max 3.5m. If possible, I would like the boat towed with an appropriate pick-up or other vehicle, and with full insurance. Otherwise, on a flat bed: preferably a flat bed that the boat and trailer can be pushed / towed onto, to avoid the need for a crane (though a crane will be available at the port and in Kingston) . If quoting for a flat bed, please provide details of the flat bed (whether a crane will be required / how the boat and trailer will be loaded, and explain the height of the flat bed: it would be good not to have to take the mast off the top of the boat, but obviously that can be done if necessary, i.e. if flat bed height is more than about 2 feet, as I understand it.) It is important that the boat is collected asap after the ship arrives on Aug 9, without delay, and delivered straight to Kingston.
