Launch could be loaded by forklift at your freight terminal in Victoria. it will be unloaded by a crew of people at the destination, Regina Rowing Club. Launch will be padded and secured when loaded. It must remain in the same position during the trip and cannot be offloaded or moved between loading and delivery.
Alternatively the launch could be carried on your small boat trailer or small flat bed trailer and loaded by hand at a residence near Victoria.
