The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shawn at S & S Logistics is no longer returning our calls and apparently is not going to be able to deliver the machines. He has been telling us for the past month he will be picking them up and has not.

We were experiencing problems with our phones/email due to weather. We were not ignoring you. This comes as a surprise b/c the last time we spoke we were going to continue to search for a new carrier after the last one didn't show. Sorry this didn't work out.
