AAA++ Customer!!! This is another shipment I have done for this same client, and once again, terrific experience. They were quick to provide all the documents required for customs, pickup and everything else. Shipment loaded with no problem, and delivered the same. Payment was received on time as well. AAA+++ Customer and company, Amanda is awesome to work with. This is my 2nd set of loads for this client and once again, I am thoroughly impressed with their communication, attention to detail and on time payments. We hauled three loads this time, a portable conveyor, a regular conveyor and an oversized hopper. Few minor details came up, but with a strong team atmosphere and communication, there was nothing we couldn't conquer!! Thanks again for the business, Nick

AAA++ Customer. Working with Dean and Amanda was terrific right from the start. They were quick to supply paperwork, and we hauled a hopper, conveyor and a drill truck for them. Everything was accurately described for dimensions and weight for all three items. Shipment went terrific, and we would gladly do repeat business again anytime. The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shawn at S & S Logistics is no longer returning our calls and apparently is not going to be able to deliver the machines. He has been telling us for the past month he will be picking them up and has not.

We were experiencing problems with our phones/email due to weather. We were not ignoring you. This comes as a surprise b/c the last time we spoke we were going to continue to search for a new carrier after the last one didn't show. Sorry this didn't work out.
