Having done over 30K miles of heavy towing myself, I know it takes experience and care to transport a vessel correctly. After another unscrupulous transporter left me out to dry, James placed a very competitive bid on my re-listing and I was glad he did. He kept in constant contact and I was always able to reach him if needed. He did exactly what he said he would do and never left me wondering. Delivered my 28' boat 1400 miles FL to MA without any issues. He is very capable of delivering whatever you need moved safe and sound. Its easy to see why he has all positive feedback on USHIP. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I asked shipper very specific questions today prior to accepting bid. None of these responses were true. They did not provided insurance certificate, DOT or MCA #'s as promised. They did not pick up the boat on the day they stated, when I had only asked them about this a few hours before they were supposed to pick up. The shipper kept passing me off to other shippers which was not what I agreed to. I dont accept that USHIP will keep a portion of my payment and will dispute this with my CC compa

Insurance cert was sent to him by our driver he also called me and ask for out DOT number was givin to him when he asked we bided on this boat for another driver that got another shipment first because customer kept asking questions instead of booking the shipment by that time driver had to keep going sorry it didn't work out I can not do it for you for what you wanted to pay I don't do cheap transport your price I will be loosing 300.00 out of pocket sorry
