The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After 3 different commitments over a 4 week period to pick up the item, it never was. John did not return calls or messages for over a week after 3rd commitment was not met. Now he cannot pick up for another month. I am not willing to wait another month to be stood up again. Each time has cost me time and money. I would never book with John’s company again, very unreliable.
