A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper not able to complete transaction in required time frame.Communication poor,have requested direct communication(Phone)but only received unclear emails with no dates listed for pick up and delivery.I sympathise with shipper being sick but the lack of response to my continued requests for a firm delivery date has left me no choice but to cancel this order.
