A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This service provider did not have a specific truck available for the load when they bid. A week after bid was accepted they still had not scheduled a truck. This was not expected. We had to find another shipper outside of uship to move the load on schedule.

Tim was very good to deal with and did not get hung up over the small difficulties associated with the shipment. He can be trusted with your load.
