I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period

Mark from Legacy Auto Carriers was very personable and easy to reach, before the date of pick up. Mark postponed my job and took another panic job. We agreed upon another pick up date, to which he never showed. He could not be reached for several days, and I was forced to cancel. I highly recommend that UShip no longer uses this carrier. I believe this is now his 5th strike for not showing.... And he still has a 5star rating??? Thanks for nothing Legacy.....
