I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I emailed the service provider several days ago to schedule pickup and there has been no response. I believe there may have been a scheduling misunderstanding as I accepted after the listing closed. Please refund my deposit

Paul was a great shipper. My item arrived a day early and he was in constant contact throughout the entire job. Great guy and highly recommend. Not a scratch on the bike and very courteous service!!
