The shipper wanted this bike delivered sooner than the projected date of 3/23. I rearranged my route including a 2 AM pick up to get it to him on 3/18.There was a delay in my original ETA but I gave him more than enough advance notice so he could postpone his trip to pick up the bike.In his haste to leave the delivery/storage area which had closed the shipper left auxilliary equipment in my van.I waited at the drop off area for him to discover his oversight and return for them.Positive rating.

I am extremely disappointed of this service. The driver did not respect the given schedule and was always late for pickup and for delivery,causing much worry and unnecessary travel to the rendezvous point. The left side fog lamp on the bike was scratched. His rig was shabby to say the least. I do not recommend this company.
