Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Not really sure what happened. We spoke with Sean on Fri. and again thru email on Sat. I'm not sure what kind of communication he wants but we told him what was going on. We do not always have great signal because we do a lot of stuff ND and upper MI. He told us that he was going to go and get it himself, so good luck. We hope he enjoys his new boat.

I had left emails and msgs with questions that went un-answered. I was told that they would contact me on the Monday and they never did so I cancelled the shipment as I needed a date when the boat would get picked up. Perhaps Paula was busy but a simple email or reply to my questions would have made things possible. She was great with communication up to the point of accepting the load and was very friendly and helpfull. No hard feelings but I needed more contact after the fact. Thanks.

Kirk was an absolute pleasure to deal with. When he said what time he was going to pick the car up he was early. When he said what time he was going to drop it off he was early. Questions were answered within minutes and he always answered his phone. This guy is a saint and will be the ONLY call I make again for all my shipping needs. The car arrived in perfect shape without a scratch and was secured down just the way I would have done it. Kirk is old school customer service. AAAAAAA + from me.

John was excellent to deal with. Great communication. Answered his cell phone every single time I called and was always helpfull and friendly. Delivered the boat even sooner than expected. Great transaction and I will use him again in the future. Thanks John.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Paula was great with communication right up until the time I accepted their bid and then phone calls were not returned nor emails. I finally got ahold of them by phone and was promised I would hear from them today which did not happen. I have no idea what happened but I am no longer comfortable having them tow my boat. I would like to request a refund from Uship and will put the shipment up for bid again. This was my first time using Uship and obviously not a good one. I hope the next provider w
