There were a couple of major issues affecting this shipment, none of which were the fault of the shipper or the service provider. When things don't happen as forecasted and planned, one can truely see what the other contract partner is made of. Sheldon did his best to help minimize the issues on hand, and was communicative all the way through this transction. We are looking forward to work with this fair and honest shipper again!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time It has been 20 days since the shipment was booked and no word from the shipper...I have emailed and phoned and no reply....I simply have to get this item out of WI before the end of the month....I think I have been more than patient... S

Paula and Greg are the type of people that as soon as you meet them you'll want to have them over for dinner! They go out of their way to ensure that things go smoothly, and best of all they do what they say they are going to do and do it when they say they are going to do it!!...Way to go!! ....I will definately be giving them a call first next time I have something to ship...

Roger covered all the factors needed to be an excellent shipping vendor...1. Did what he said he was going to do.. 2. Did it when he said he was going to do it 3. Kept me informed of the project along the way with phoned calls, texting, and GPS tracking...Brilliant! Hope to do business with this guy again...!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Very very poor communication with myself. I sat next to a phone for 3 days and calls were not returned. Shipment was to be picked up on Tuesday...morning of Thursday the driver phones me and asks me for the address of the pickup? Then after my phoning all day to find out where he is, he returns my call to say he is heading to the coast and will be back through Texas in a week or two.... Very flaky business...no shipping documents...etc...

DEAR SHIPPER! WE WERE AT THE PICK UP LOCATION, AND NOBODY WAS THERE, WE WERE TRYING TO CALL HIM, AND NO ANSWER. WE HAVE AN SCHEDULE TO FOLLOW, THEN MY OTHER TRUCK PASS BY AND WANTED BIKE TO BE DELIVERY THE NEXT DAY. SORRY WE DON'T WORK LIKE THAT! VERY VERY RUSH CUSTOMER. THANK YOU
