The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper has missed the date and set a new date, after that, the shipper missed that date and is not responding to calls. I have tried all three phone numbers I was given and no one is answering any of them. At this point the shipper has missed the pickup dates twice and is not communicating at all.
