Bess was a pleasure to deal with even though we had a slight mishap with the trailer having a leak and her belongings getting wet.

Zandri and her crew were so great to work with. Communication was easy and professional. All furniture was wrapped with and loaded with care. Pricing was as quoted. I would work with them again any time and give them my highest recommendation.

While there were a couple of glitches with this shipment (a slight delivery delay and some of my boxes became wet due to an undiscovered leak in the truck roof) Excel transport was most apologetic, properly investigated the cause and made sure that all issues were resolved to my satisfaction.
Overall, they were very courteous and professional and I would not hesitate using this service provider again or recommending them to others.
