The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This shipper gave false information and wasted my time and fuel.
The bikes were supposed to be palleted and the dealer wanted to charge me
$250 a pallet @ $500 total on a $600 dollar transport for 1500 miles.
I reject the cancalation and I invite the shipper
Brian Winter to take any Leagal Action he wants.

Be warned about this unprofessional hauler who demands gas money up front and arrives ill prepared. I do not recommend this hauler. The HD Dealer at pick up point was deeply concerned over Hauler's safety issues related to loading techniques and Robert Oliver's extremely bad attitude. Hauler was advised up front that the M/C's were on kickstands and required proper strapping. Robert Oliver of Florida is in breach and owes the Shipper a prepayment of $275.00.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The TSP was unable to accommodate the shipment at the pick up point. They abandoned the shipment and sent numerous irrate messages to my email. After reading his abusive and disrespectful emails, I am no longer comfortable nor willing to work with him.

This shipper is a pier, bikes where supposed to be on pallets. The dealer told me I had to pay $250 each for the pallets. This load was misrepresentd
and I went 500 miles out of my way between fonding and going.
This shipper doesnot follow direction well either and wants to make all the rules with your money. Beware of this shipper he cant use both hands at once
