The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Shipment was declared at 590 kg or 1300 pounds. Real weight is closer to 2300 pounds. Item can be picked up safely with rebalancing of existing load on board trailer but shipper indicated he will have someone else come to pick it up. Seller was ready to load, carrier showed up when he was supposed to.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Hello, this was listed for many days, then within 24 hours of accepting there is a cancellation. Unacceptable as this affects my feedback and fees. Thanks, Tim

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled

Item originally listed at 590kg (1300lb) but is closer to 1045kg (2300lb). Carrier had the available cargo area and weight capacity available. Carrier showed up earlier than expected. Seller accommodated early arrival and was properly prepared. Carrier would have had to reload trailer with existing loads for proper weight disbursement. Shipper decided to cancel, update the listing with accurate weight and proceed with a new carrier. Always ensure your weights and measurements are accurate
