Shipper took on job that they were unable to fulfill. Required additional movers since the truck could not fit on our street. Shipper initially offered to share cost and proceed with the move and tried to accommodate. However, when presented with the full cost the shipper refused to compensate fully and ignored any attempt at remediation from uShip. Overall poor experience and would not recommend.

Raphael is the most ungrateful customer we ever dealt with. We charged him $600 less of the uship quote amount. Our truck spent 12 hours at the pickup location, we didn't charge him a dollar extra. He accepted and signed all the terms in written. Both Raphael and his wife were very happy with the service but when the freight got delivered, they want their money back with uship dispute. I'd suggest all carriers stay away from Raphael!!! Fraud Alert!!!
