Payments were not made on time. Had to wait at delivery for 2 hours for payment.
Pulled up to delivery address, they changed it to another place 15 kms up the road.
Tow truck was supposed to be there waiting, had to wait a hour for truck.
The man that works here, very nice, the woman on the other hand, completely terrible to talk to and work for, clearly she dont like doing what she does.
