Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I went two times, first the day I was scheduled to go, I coudnt reached the buyer or the seller, I waited 4 hr. Trying to reach them, i m trying to avoid waiting time and going back and forward that's th e reason why I waited 4hr. Finally contacting the shipper he said he wasn't going to be able to make it that night, I didn't get any calls or text letting me know what was going on so I scheduled it for another day and I didn't he t a phone call,text or email.( I need more space to talk)
