The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Two attempted were made to pickup the heater. No assistance with lifting. Restrictive pickup times. Dangerous pickup location after 3pm. Wasted time trying to organise a 3rd pickup which the seller agreed to after i suggested to cancel the job. ARE TERNS AND CONDITIONS CLEARLY DATED ARE NOT LOCKED IN ARE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The service on this shipment is unacceptable.
Booked 16/6 - advised by provider time-frame 9/10 days.
25/6 - follow up and advised still 4/5 days away. Also asked if heater would fit in a Commodore or Landcruiser.
1/7 advised son was in the area but Seller had no-one to assist with loading until after 7pm. Further advise they would be there themselves on the weekend.
6/7 follow up on weekend collect and advise they would be in Sydney Monday now, not the weekend.

INCORRECT INFORMATION. Customer accepted the quote with pickup by July 4. The quote also states flexible dates. Two attempts were made to pickup the heater. No assistance with lifting. Dangerous pickup location. Restrictive pickup hours. Our terms and conditions clearly state dates are subject to change. I offered to cancel the booking, customer wanted and agreed to a third pickup date. Then the customer cancels and complains of unacceptable terms of the shipment of the heater.
