The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer's phone number redirects to an offshore number, where he asks you to pay for the item in your own cash and he'll "reimburse you". He's in big hurry to get you off phone and re-bid item once you decline the deal. The delivery address is stated as residential, but shows up as a Crossfit in an industrial park. Having knowledge of it audi componenets, the item wasn't even worth the cost of the Ushipment, and could be sent much cheaper by FedEx. Beware!

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward The customer asked me to pay for the item for him. I do not trust that this is a legitimate request. I still attempted to assist and went to Las Vegas to pick up the shipment. I asked for the pickup address several times and they did not respond. Now they are asking me if I contacted the seller. I still don't have any contact information for this shipment and I am out the cost of gas and time waiting for this person to respond with a valid address.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I was just be able to reach the service provider at the first time. However, at that time my seller was out of town so the service provider can not pickup. I extended the time frame for him since it was not his fault.
