A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper accepted the shipment at 12:07 pm, the window requiring me to reply was before aprox 8:07pm mst. I accepted almost 4 hours earlier than the deadline....at 4:42. This lead me to believe the trucker was not attempting to pick the unit up same day. I made no additional comment suggesting same day pick. the general listing showed business hours pickup of 4:42. I received no indication that the shipper was only interested if it was immediate pick- could've been asked PRIOR to accepting

Thanks guys. Good job done in poor weather. We appreciate your help.

Good job done and excellent communication. Shipper had no uship score, so we knew we were taking a risk, but the outcome was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Thx for the help!

Thanks Guys! This carrier is organized and able, and did a good job on what turned into a problem trip in Quebec. We will use them again.

Barry is a good guy to work with. Always answers the phone, has nice equipment, and is a problem solver. No hesitation in giving him another load.

All good. Johns driver (or third party that he subbed the load to) didn't wash the item, which was a critical part of the job. John got it handled and made sure the unit was washed even though the driver was long gone. The driver probably left John in a lurch, but he still figured out how to make it right. Thanks for the help. Response from holconfreight: Mike was great to work with...awesome people...AAAA plus customer...had all paperwork in order..will do work for them again..Thank you..

Real good experience. Turco's profile doesn't show heavy tractor service, but through a contact completed our job pulling semi trailers across Canada. Was done quickly and done well. Thanks Christian.
