Richard and his wife were extremely friendly, accommodating, and honest most importantly. Everything from the pick up to arrival was right on point. I could not ask for a better experience. Erick did a great job! The shipment arrived earlier than planned and he had our best interest in mind. He saved us $300 dollars by convincing us not to have the boat Shrink wrapped. It would have been a waste on money this time of year,a quick wash and we were good. He was easy to communicate with as he came across county. He also was very honest as we had a brake issue on the trailer, and I agreed to pay extra if they did not start working. He got then working, so I was not charge. great guy!
