Was a real pleasure to move this boat across country. Shipper was real good with communication and did every thing he said he would. We hope to work with again every thing was as described and shipment went on with out any issues Five stars.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

Workstranport is great. Use this company if you are shipping your boat. Communications par excellence! Daily texts while on route plus real time GPS so you are able to see the exact location of shipment and check the speed of the rig. Plus, the manager always answered the phone and was responsive to my needs. ALL conditions of the contract were met. Pick up and delivery on time. Recommended without reservation. Driver stayed after launch to help with reattaching dingy and outboard.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After an agreeable start to the process after acceptying my bid, the shipper did not respond to my emails, phone calls and text messages for two weeks. Legacy became completely incommunicado. The boat was to be shipped today, 26th May from Victoria BC and arrive in Port Severn ONT before 2 June. Leagacy was a no-show. I require a full refund to my Visa account without any strings attached about re-advertising and reshipiing with Uship. Three plane tickets to Toronto and ground transportaion
