There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved the shipment was booked but doubled in size we quoted the new figure but they did not pay enough extra so we need and extra 10.58 to do the shipment at the new sizes weights in pounds

The price jumped from 139.67 to 217ukp as a result of increase packed dimensions. This I accepted and paid, but then EB Cargo came back a third time requesting more money. A breach of Uship rules 19A in user agreement. DO NOT TRUST as no refund given yet

Fantastic Service from Shipporter. I would definitely use them again and again. Nothing was a hassle, great communication, very competitive low price and the package arrive safe and sound within the timeframe they quoted. This is no backyard operation , these guys know their stuff! Thank you for a great experience after I had problems with a previous Uship transporter these guys picked up the pieces and then some.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After using the parcel dimensions and weight given to me by a third party in the UK at the time of listing the job it was later confirmed by this third party, prior to completing the booking, that the packed item had been slightly larger and weighed more. I was then informed that the price had changed and was quoted a new balance to be paid.
