Der Kunde benötigte nicht länger einen Transport für den/die Artikel. On the 18 the customer was informed the the van would be in the area at some point over the next 7 days. The customer was aware of this at the time of booking. I planed to collect and deliver this Sunday which was agreed to and within the 7 day window. I explained that I was waiting on information about another job which I needed before giving an accurate window if the buyer decide that they could not wait till Sunday there is nothing I can do.

Ein nicht zu lösender Terminkonflikt ist aufgetreten as discussed on the phone on Thursday I checked with the receiving end of the transport.
As they first thought that Sunday (instead of firstly arranged Saturday) might be possible for them, the long time frame you suggested was not to their liking, as we still (Saturday 13:30) not have any information from you. To wait 6hours until you might (or might not) show up was not feasible for them. So they arranged their own transport and picked the washing machine up them self.

Nick was wonderful.
Communication was easy and hassle free. He was on-time and let us know in advance when he will arrive and we where ahead of the game all the time.
Nothing was to much for him to ask. He even managed to handle the sofa better than all other removal companies before him.
Every-time again.
